ALSEAL Green MS Sealant is an environmentally friendly, elastomeric hybrid sealant based on advanced MS Polymer technology. It is a low modulus sealant with high movement capability and excellent weathering characteristic. It is compliant with Singapore Green Building Product Labelling Scheme (SGBPLS).

Sealing concrete joints (precast wall panels, expansion joints, control joints, FRC boards, etc.), façade cladding (metal panels, natural stones, etc.), window frame perimeter, etc. Other applications sealing anodized aluminum, masonry, porcelain, coated metal, finished wood, epoxy and polyester panels, UPVC, polystyrene, and stainless steel.

AS-4001

A single-component, moisture-cured elastomeric hybrid sealant based on advanced MS Polymer technology. It offers superior weathering, UV and temperature resistance characteristics. It is a green sealant formulated to meet the low VOC regulation. It is solvent and isocyanate free so does not cause any shrinkage or bubbling. It is also free of silicone oil, hence minimizing building aesthetic issues caused by dirt-streaking as seen with silicone sealants. Its adhesion on various substrates is excellent even without primer, yet it is paintable with most types of industrial paints.

Recommended for sealing concrete joints like wall panel joints, expansion joints, control joints etc. It is also ideal for window frame perimeter sealing especially when the sealant needs to be painted as well as facade cladding designed with metal panels or natural stones. Other recommended applications include sealing of anodized aluminum, masonry, porcelain, coated metal, finished wood, epoxy and polyester panels, UPVC, polystyrene and stainless steel.

ALSEAL Fire Retardant Sealant is a one-component, highly qualified, acrylic based firestop sealant that provides movement capability in fire rated joint applications. It has 4 hours fire rating under BS EN 1366-4:2006. The product is almost odour free and is non-corrosive towards metals. After application, the product forms a tough plastic elastic rubber by evaporation of water from the sealant.

Used on indoor joints with fire retardant requirements (joints between walls and ceiling, joints around pipe and cable work, perimeter sealing of fire rated doors and windows). It has good adhesion on most construction materials (concrete, bricks, painted wood, aluminium, etc.).

ALSEAL Gaps Sealer is an economical, environmentally friendly acrylic sealant for general purpose caulking and sealing applications. It is paintable and has good adhesion to most porous surfaces. It is formulated with good body thus able to withstand pressure during the installation. It is suitable for sealing gaps and joints where slight movements or vibration, if occurred, could causes conventional, non elastic fillers and putties to crack and fall off. It can be applied smoothly and easily and can be cleaned up with water.

It is widely used in general sealing applications (door and window joints, cabinet and wardrobe installation, skirting of wood flooring, etc.). Suitable for various substrates (metal, PVC, wood, concrete, gypsum boards, reinforced cement boards, marble, etc.)
